Refund Policy

Returns

If your item arrives defective, please send an email to customer.service@dolcelighting.ca. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received from Dolce Lighting Inc. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not permitted for return.

Refunds 
Exchange & in store credits available, no refunds.   

Exchanges 
We exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you feel as though the product you received was defective, please send a photo of the unused item and a brief explanation of the defect to customer.service@dolcelighting.ca so we can look into it right away! ALL electrical cords must be in the original form! (Not cut)
